Mark is a founding partner of Cresta Advisors and has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry.
To serve Cresta Advisors’ clients, Mark leverages his experience in asset management and portfolio construction to function as Chief Investment Officer for the firm.
Prior to founding Cresta Advisors, Mark began his investment management career as a registered options trader at the American Stock Exchange. He then managed the institutional bond portfolio of The Laredo National Bank, until he joined Merrill Lynch and functioned as Portfolio Manager and financial advisor.
Mark continues guiding Cresta Advisors growth, direction, and recognition as Laredo’s first independent Registered Investment Advisory firm. His client relationship responsibilities focus on servicing individuals and institutions, as well as, managing Cresta Advisors’ proprietary investment portfolios.
In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors in South Texas with his family and dogs.
